The Columbian's 2026 All-Region Sports Awards

Be part of The Columbian’s celebration of Southwest Washington’s top high school athletes of the 2025-26 season at the All-Region High School Sports Awards Ceremony.

Hear from our Keynote Speaker, Derek Nesland, Academic All-American basketball player and founder of Courts for Kids. Derek graduated from Evergreen High School in 1996 as an all-state basketball player and part of the 1995 undefeated state championship team. He was a four year starter at Portland State University, honored as an Academic All-American and inducted into the 2006 Hall of Fame class. Derek and his wife, Selene, started the non-profit organization, Courts for Kids, which has partnered with over 260 communities in 33 countries to build multi-use athletic courts with the help of thousands of student volunteers from around the United States.

This year’s event will be at Skyview Auditorium. Hosted by The Columbian and its sports department, 360Preps, the third All-Region High School Sports Awards Ceremony will begin at 6:30 p.m. June 17. Doors will open at 6:00 p.m. All attendees must be pre-registered to attend.
